Hi, I wanted to know why my IP Address keeps changing between two different ones. My IP Address is not supposed to change and it should be static. It is also quite annoying as I run my own Minecraft Server and have to give my friends both IP Addresses. They change between 86.***** and 109******. Does anyone know why?

Generally this is something you would need to contact your ISP about. They have control of this, and I don't there there is much else you could do. You could set it on your machine, but I don't think that would do much if things are not setup correctly with your isp.

Your ISP will give you a dynamic IP that changes all the time. You can ask them for a fixed IP but you have 2 issues with that.

1) you would have to pay for it.
2) they might wonder WHY you want a fixed ip.......
