You only need a 500 watt power supply. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm 750 watts is more than you need for 2 x GTX 560 Ti cards in Sli. The PC Power and Cooling and the XFX listed above are manufactured by Seasonic. The PC Power and Cooling has the advantage of being modular.
