It will fit but there is no need for a 750w power supply and a single GTX 560 Ti. You only need a 500 watt power supply.

750 watts is more than you need for 2 x GTX 560 Ti cards in Sli.

In my opinion it's hard to beat Seasonic. The PC Power and Cooling and the XFX listed above are manufactured by Seasonic. The PC Power and Cooling has the advantage of being modular. At that price it's my choice hands down.
