Fuzzy resolution at 1080p

Hey guys, I'm back again. After installing my new HD 7950 and updating all the drivers directly from AMD the image on screen appears to be really fuzzy. It was perfect with my 6770 and looked sharp as can be. Now it seems like the resolution isn't matching the TV or something. Do note that I'm using a 21" Insignia LED LCD TV and not a "true" monitor but that shouldn't really matter though because they both function the same way.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

since you put a new card you remove the old driver and put the new one in then you have to ajust back the screen setting in the ccc panel to the one that tv could support

Yes I tried messing with the options but no matter which option I pick it's still the same.

Okay guys never mind I just found out what is was after 3 hours... I had to change the color pixel format to RGB instead of Ycb. So stupid, now it's as clear as day. I'll give you the best answer scout just for wasting your time.
