Fps drops, Need help

Hello everyone.

I don't know if this is the right place to post it but here we go.

I'm getting massive fps drops in almost every single game, i play on max settings with no drop what so ever for a couple mins, then i start to get heavy fps drops, for some seconds, then back up, from the first drop they keep comming back ALOT maybe every 30 sec - 2mins.. i have updated my drivers, run antivirus scan and malware scans, haven't changed it...

Setup:

Windows 7 enterprise 64bit

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor 3,94 GHz

Video card: AMD Radeon HD 7850 2gb dedicated

2x 4gb Corsair ram (Can't remember the exact model but it's not an old model)

Is this a new build?

Were these problems always there?

What games are you playing? at what resolution?

my first suggestion would be turn off or down AA and play with the settings in each game.
