Graphics Card troubleshooting

Alright so I have a bit of an issue with my graphics card (build bellow) is up and running nicely with windows 7 but even though I installed the drivers I can't seem to get the graphics card to send any signal to my monitor. I plug in my adapter and the screen just stays black whereas my onboard works just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have another computer accessible to throw it into? That's the easiest way to test if a card has died.
