Best GPU/general upgrades for CS6 on a Core 2 Quad system

I am getting an older computer to do mainly video/photo editing (I just bought Adobe Production Premium) and the computer just has integrated graphics. Specs are below:

Processor & Memory:
- Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9400 (2.66GHz)
- 6MB L2 Cache
- 1333MHz Fron Side Bus
- 8GB DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz (4 x 2GB) (Shared)
Drives:
- 750GB 7200RPM SATA II Hard Drive
- 16X DVD+/-RW Drive
Graphics & Video:
- Dell S2309W 23" Widescreen LCD
- Integrated GMA X4500 Graphics (Shared)
Communications:
- 56k PCI Data Fax Modem
- Integrated NIC Card
Audio:
- Integrated 5.1 Channel Audio
- Dell AX210 USB Stereo Speakers

So I need to make some upgrades, primarily a new graphics card, but the parts are all old like DDR2 RAM etc. I am mainly using this for CS6 (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Photoshop) but being able to play some games would be nice, not maxed out or anything just to try out PC gaming a bit (I already have an Xbox so it is just secondary). I want to put maybe $200 worth of upgrades into it, or less if I don't need to spend that much. I know that I probably need an Nvidia card so i can take care of all the GPU acceleration in CS6, like a GTX 560 Ti maybe.

Bottom line: For these current specs what is the best GPU I can get that won't get bottlenecked by the old motherboard, RAM, and CPU?

P.S. Yes, I have looked into building a whole new rig which is a less preferrable option

The newer AMD cards are pretty good in CS6 as well.
