Here is the system that I am planning on buying, Are the any problems with compatibility? Would that ram fit under a noctua nhd14? Thanks!

What is this build going to be used for? Most of the components you have picked out are really good. For most uses (gaming especially) you won't need the the i7-3770K, and even hardcore video editing you won't even come close to using 32GB of RAM. If you post the store you're buying from that will help to suggest parts. If you don't know of one check the link in my signature.

Cad, gaming, 3d animation and design, 3ds max, mud box, cs6 programs, maya, Corel draw.... Lots of of illustartion and animations software lol... That's the reason for the 32gb of ram... Lots of stuff that's gonna be going on in this system.

You will probably get alot out of the 3770K then.

16GB should really be enough. I never get more than 50% when running 2+ Visual Studio's and even more Solidworks for homework and maybe having GTAIV in the background. Along with alot of other background programs like Chrome, Spotify, Skype etc.

Haha well I already bought it, I guess I jumped the gun a little... 0.o and since it didn't damage my budget too much more since it was way on sale I'm not gonna greave over it to much haha. Thanks for the advice anyway though this is my updated system:
