Yes, it's compatible.

HD 7870 could use a PCI Express 3.0 slot, but it's also compatible with the 2.0 slot on that H61 mobo.

You should check your power supply too.

well i am lookin for a gud power supply as well...i think 650 watt power supply will be inoff for hd 7870....what you thinks guys

650 is alot. You would probably be alright with a decent 600W. Also, make sure to get a good quality unit, like one from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, etc.
