Problem on videos

Hello i got a serious problem on videos

my problem is;when i watch video on youtube-dailymotion on my pc etc.. video image is corrupted

my english is not best i'll show u ss of problem

if u look to ss u see what i mean.

look the guitar and look colour.some places orange some places light orange

i get this problem on all videos

i've asus hd 6870 directcu and ml239h asus monitör 23''

so maybe i cannot tell you my problem correctly cause of my english.but i think u understand what i mean from ss
