So I have all these things:

800w PSU

i7 920

18gb ram.

this MB:http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=56371&vpn=GA-X58-USB3&manufacture=Gigabyte

And I need a GPU less than or equal to $80 that will play skyrim on medium, and I play alot of strategy games, older ones. Just the best you can do. I cant go any higher. I dont want to get a new CPU-PSU-Ram.

Thanks.

Yes all of these are slightly over budget but this is the lowest I'd recommend.
6670 (GDDR5, you don't want the DDR3 version at all)

I'd highly recommend saving up more than that and getting a 7770 as the minimum though.

Your system can handle just about any graphic card you can afford to buy. But if $80 is your limit, I'd recommend something in the HD 6750 catagory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007709%20600100181%20600083901%20600150231&IsNodeId=1&name=Radeon%20HD%206750

If you can raise your budget a bit, move up to the HD 7750: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007709%20600100181%20600286767%20600298541&IsNodeId=1&name=Radeon%20HD%207750

What resolution do you game at? The above cards will be good for med/high settings up to 1680x1050 resolution with modern games. You can stretch that to max settings and maybe even higher resolution if your gaming is strictly older strategy games.
