Will a 7770 fit my needs?

I honestly don't play heavy games like BF3, not because they're not enjoyable but because I play my COD games on XBOX I've had it for 4 years so playing FPS games on it is much easier than on keyboard. But games I play are like Runescape, League of Legends, games like that, combat arms too. This'll be with a 1600 x 900 resolution monitor, if I do end up taking this route which I think I might have to. So in your opinion would a 7770 be adequate for me? Or would a even lower GPU be efficent? Like a 6770 or a 7750? Will I be able to max out all these games with the 1600 x 900 resolution with good FPS? I'm more concerned about LoL FPS. I'd like it to be max graphics with steady 60 fps? Or is that too much to ask for?
