Why this keyboard type more letter when we type singal lettter?

Its probably just a bad keyboard. Press the left shift button a couple of times in quick succesion until a message pops up asking if you want to turn on sticky keys. Press yes.

If your fine with this solution, then great. If not, buy a new keyboard.
