hello everyone i was wondering witch card is better for gaming on max and streaming i have 400$-+ to spend and i have decided few choices and what i wanted to know is
what is good card and best company like asus xfx msi ??? so ammm gtx 670 or ati 7970/ghz maybe

What is your monitor setup?
If you plan on 2560x1600/1440 or 5760x1080, then the AMD Radeon HD 7970/GHz Editiong would yield better results. If you plan on single 1920x1080 gaming, then a GTX 670 would be better.

The 7970 is better in every case (low or high res.) at this point. If my memory serves me, I think that the price between them is close, but the 7970 is much better than the 670 after AMD's 12.8 drivers. Also, the 7970 is an overclocking dream. Crazy high OC's on those chips.

As for the company, HIS and Asus make good coolers, but Asus's 7970 is three slots, so be wary. MSI, XFX, and Sapphire are also good. Do not go with a reference cooler.

After doing further research, if you waited for the Radeon HD 8000 series, buying their flagship card or their 8950, will out perform anything on the market right now. As for release date, that's unknown, but if AMD plays it smart, they will release before the holiday season, for marketing purposes.
