Sapphire Radeon HD 7850

After updating my bios the video card has no signal. everything runs and start except the video card. Even windows boots up. I have tried many things ( bios reset, changing auto to pci/peg in bios etc0 but none have worked. I though my mobo was dead so i grabbed a new mobo with a new processor but still the same problem. please help my specs are

AMD fx-4170
Asus Sabertooth 990fx socket am3+ (thats the new mobo)
Sapphire Redeon hd 7850 2gb
1333 mghz crucial 4gb ddr3 ram
two 250gb hdds
500 watt powersupply

You should never update the bios, unless you are trying to solve a specific known problem.
You will probably get it going with a new board, and reloading the OS.
As far as the old board, the bios is probably caved.

the problem is the Video Card isnt working with the new mobo.

Try to check your video card to another pc. Bios update do not solve video card working issue. Maybe the card or the pci-e slot is faulty.

I just bought a new mobo today and the video card still doesnt work.

install hardware
turn off all security and turn off firewall
set the bios to boot DVD drive first
put win 7 disk in the drive, start the computer
select upgrade
this reloads the OS and configures the hardware
but does not erase your personal files or programs.
your hardware is not configured.

Then there is video card issue i think. Did you connect display cable to the gpu?

I have no display at all. The video card is running but no signal to monitor.

My mobo doesnt have a vga/dvi/hdmi output.

Check the monitor cable if it is connected correctly.

Did you try all the video outputs on the card?
there is usually more than one, try them all
