Try uninstalling your PC Suite 6.1 and then installing version 6.41, which
has just been posted on the Nokia site. It has significantly improved
Bluetooth functionality.

I'm having a similar problem, even after installing version 6.14.

PC Suite seems to be able to detect the phone, but when I try to
transfer data from it it says it cannot communicate with the phone.
