Windows 8 DSP OEI - What does it mean?

I was looking around for an OS, and I thought about getting Windows 8, there is this one here(http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microsoft-windows-8-64bi...) but I dont know what DSP OEI means, so can someone help me?
