Hello to everyone.
I've recently got my i3 2100 and i want to add a graphics card to it.
my choices are the gigabyte gtx 560 or gigabyte gtx 560ti. My main
concern is will the 2nd Gen i3 2100 3.1ghz work well with either one.
Heard of people saying the 560ti on i3 will bottleneck the cpu and you
wont get max performance from the card, but some argue it will work
maxed out just fine. Im keen on getting the ti version. its same price
for either card. so will the gtx 560ti work on my i3 2100. i want to
run games like nfs the run, duke nukem forever and fifa 2012. Not
interested in multi player/online gaming

Solution
The ti will work very well with the i3 2100 and will not be bottlenecked by it. Even if it was it would still be better and there is no reason at all not to get it if its the same price.

cant afford the 660ti. besides getting the 560ti at a good price here. 660ti costs little more than twice of the 560ti
