Low cost PC upgrade

I'm adding new parts to my old PC and this what i chose:

Motherboard: H61M-P20(G3)
CPU: Intel Celeron Dual-Core G540 @ 2.5GHz
GPU: HD6670 1GB/DDR3
RAM: 2x2GB 1333MHz Kingston
HDD: Maxtor 80GB 6L080L0
PSU: 400W
Monitor resolution: 1280x1024

Is this compatible with each other? Can i connect that HDD to that motherboard? And can i play: Arma2,Hitman Absolution,Farcry3,GTA4,Battlefield3,COD MW3,NFS MW 2 at high details on that resolution? Or could i change something for same amount of money that could be better than this?

how could u be "adding new parts to my old PC" when you have an entire pc listed...?

for what amount of money??? what's the budget? and why not wait until you can afford better parts?

that is a great ultra low cost build for 720p gaming. it will easily play all those games at high settings

Because my video card is overheating(@ 97C on idle) and CPU has one core and i cant even run game called Super Mario Portal i get like 2fps barely.... and also i cant watch videos on youtube i can play them on 240p with lag also. I need to replace MB,CPU,GPU and RAM. Im building this PC with those parts for my brother and in my signature its his our PC but at december or january i will be building myself PC for 350 euros so i will be getting HD7770 at least. Cheers

Are you sure about GTA4 and Arma2 because they are CPU demanding games. How well is your G630? Could i create server for minecraft and at same time play on it with ppl? And what is difference between 6670 DDR3 and DDR5? Its 2.000 more and i can't go more from 16.000 so its absolute max.

And could you tell me guys, can i link that Maxtor HDD that i mentioned to H61M-P20 motherboard? I'm asking this because im not sure and because its very old HDD as you can see. If you can answer quick as you can because for about 6 hours from now i will be buying those part and who helps i will give him a cookie

Btw i'm going to sleep now(i know 5hrs isn't enough) and as soon as i wake up i will come here and look at your suggestions and by the conclusion i will go and buy. And please tell if HDD will have connectors to connect to that HDD. And seriously can i play GTA4,Farcry3 and Arma2 because i love those games and because of them i'm buying this PC. I will be also using ICEnchanter for GTA4 for better graphics but if i can't i will not gonna . Hope you will answer me Cheeeeers

gta 4 will struggle coz its a poorly coded game while the others should run well enough.
heres the build i suggest for 16000 rs
intel G630 - rs.3300
gigabyte H61M-DS2 mobo - rs.2800
kingston ddr3 1333mhz 2*4gb ram - rs.2500
Sapphire 7750 1gb - rs.7000
this is exactly the build i have too and it plays all games at near max settings at 1440*900
