My main objective is to build a quieter more efficient and long lasting computer
I am sure of getting all of the parts except 2 - the PSU and cpu cooler.
I need a longlasting modular silver/gold rated PSU (600-700W range)
As for the H80i, I would like to try something new in the field of cooling but I am not too sure that
it would achieve it's objective. Please help me fellas, I need to finalize this decision and make use of
the black friday/cyber monday deals.

Your link does not let me scroll up or down, so I am missing something.
cpu, case, psu, ram, mobo are all ok.
If you want quiet, buy a good air cooler.
Something like a cm hyper212 @$30 will do the job well.
For the best, look at the Noctua NH-D14 or phanteks.
They still cost less than the H100, are quieter more reliable, and cool just as well.

One strong recommendation is to buy a SSD. 120gb or more.

This list might help you with psu quality.
I think your 600-700w range will power any great cards of the future.
Seasonic X series are very good, and seem to be on sale.
