Cards bus width not the same in Crossfire???

Hi, well I'm having a bit of trouble understanding if this is normal or not. My cards run at their usual 384 bus width when used not in crossfire but when placed in crossfire one runs at the 384 bus width and the other at 32. Would like some info or at least a link to help explain what is the cause of this. Haven't been able to find out whether this is a problem or not.(Checked around, maybe I was too specific when searching the web for it.)

Some images to better understand my worry.

It's a problem of the program reporting the memory bus incorrectly and/or the second card being idle. The bus width is a physical characteristic of the card and does not change when the cards are placed in crossfire.

Try putting a load on both cards and see if that changes things -- see how the second card is being reported @ PCI-e x1? That means the card is in some sort of power saving state.

Thank you very much, freaked me out. Ran Skyrim to test and well you were right. Cards stats came up as advertised. Did not know the card could go into basically a 'sleep mode' when underused.
