If you didn't yet purchase the 680 classified, then don't. It's not worth the cash because you can't really overvolt it.

As to your question, clutchc is correct - you will most likely have to remove the cage.

If you remove the middle drive cage, it will fit. The card is 11" long. With the cage in place you only have 10.6"

All the 680 cards should have good temperatures, Nvidia did a good job in that area with the 6xx series cards. So, you could get the normal EVGA 4GB 680 for $560 or the MSI Twin Frozr 4GB 680 for $580. The EVGA Classified card is super expensive because it was designed for hardcore overclocking, but Nvidia neutered it by not allowing EVGA to provide any way to overvolt the card. So, unless you're wanting to physically modify the power circuitry on the card, it's not worth the price premium.

Are you playing games on 3 screens? If you're just gaming on one screen, you don't need the 4GB memory and can save some cash and just get a 2GB card:

There's plenty of room for the slightly extra heigth of that card in the HAF 912 case. Even with a side fan. I have a 140mm side fan and there is still lots of room to my 570s. The HAF 912 is a fairly wide case. It has an extra expansion slot positioned above and at 90 degrees to the normal expansion slots. If you plan on using that slot for an add-in device, the fan and card could be an issue. But the card will be fine with nothing in that extra slot. If you were to add a 2nd 680, the SLI Bridge may be close to the fan, but shouldn't be a problem.
