I am new here, so I didn’t know where else to post it. I hope you can help me with this issue.
I’m planning on buying a new computer to replace my 5-year-old PC.
The main reason I’m doing that (beside the fact it is really old)
is to build a solid foundation to a home recording studio in my house.
I know the basic features for most of the parts to get a solid audio PC,
so I ask for your help to find those specific models that I look for.
I would appreciate any help given.
My budget is 750$ maximum.
I don’t need a monitor, keyboard, mouse and that other stuff.
I don’t plan on over clocking.
Again, the computer will be used for audio recording & production.
Silence is very important.
There is no need to include a sound card, which I’m buying separately.
I think about buying the Roland quad-capture.
I prefer Intel CPU and motherboard.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit, which I need to buy.
CPU: At least dual core, supports 64-bit.
Motherboard: Supports USB 3.0.
RAM: At least 4GB of DDR.
Case: Extremely silent case.
Cooling & Fans: High quality and silent, don’t bother high cost.
