Asus K53SD

Ok guys i need some help coz the ASUS tech support is not of much help
I have an ASUS k53sd that i got earlier this year.I want to upgrade it to its max potential and i mean at least a processor and ram upgrade
My specs are BIOS 202
Ram 4GB
Processor intel i3-2350M 2.3Ghz 35 W
I don't know about the processor socket
Nvidia 610M 2gb ddr3
Intel HD 3000 1 GB
And if u need to know more for speculation feel free.First time posting so i'm not sure what all i should b talking about here
Please help me out to get this baby running at full potential.

P.S. my BIOS is upgradeable to 204 205 and then 208,Don't understand much about it so just wondering what can b done
