Trying to locate firefox bookmarks

My computer was recently redone. Every thing taken off and reinstalled by a computer guy. He put all my files etc in a Image backup 'folder'. I was able to find my documents and refile them. But I don't know where my information is that was on my email program and browser,i.e Thunderbird and Firefox.
Have I lost all my bookmarks and all of my saved emails and addresses?
