Custom rig?

Hey dudes

Thinking of making a new rig, but unfamiliar with the components and sizes, since I haven't bought them yet.
Just have a few questions:

1) Will the components fit on the mobo and subsequently in the case (I know the CPU and mobo are 1155, so no probs there, I mean the GPU)?
2) Will there be a major bottleneck or is it balanced?
3) Any recommendations on alternative components?

Note:
I'm not planning on OCing, so doubt I'll need too elaborate a CPU cooler, but still something different from the stock cooler...
Also, my budget is around the £800 mark

If you're not going to OC, the aftermarket fan is just money burned. May as well drop down from a K processor to one that is locked.

Not ruling out OCing (eventually), just not planning on it initially. I want the K CPU as freedom in case I decide to.
