Computer repair orange light on motherboard continuous beeping

my inspiron 530 will turn on but i get nothing working it just keeps beeping at me before this happened nd it beeped a bit till i moved around the heatsink box when i had it completely screwed down it wouldnt stop beeping but if i left it loose just a little from not mountin down all screws and than moved heatsink box nd fan around alittle the beeping stopped now i get nothing at all but fans works the motherboard has orange loooking light front light is blue and i get beepin till i unplugged or turm computer off ive been told bad mother board that needs reflowed i dont hve money fr this right now i need to figure out what it may be befre i even think to get it fixed
