Hello there,

Here's what i have:
FX6100
ASRock 970ode3
Silencer 500w PSU
Sapphire Radeon HD 7750
WD 500GB Blue Sata 6gb/s HDD
Windows 7
===================

I plan to do some gaming / recording of games like LoL, Dota2, and Diablo 3.

Is a 500GB WD Blue good enough for Windows 7 and my main drive?
I had a 1TB in my last build and i never came close to getting to 200GB... with video editing.
Any opinions would be helpful.

I'm short on money so i'm willing to use a HDD for OS instead of SSD.

SSDs only improve the load time for games and provide better transfer speeds and faster OS boot. They also produce less heat and noise. If these things don't matter to you then you'll be fine with the HDD.
