A good PC build under $1200

Hey Guys (and girls),

I was hoping you could help me get a parts list for a PC to come out to under $1200. I'm looking for the best bang for the buck, and i really have no specifications for parts other than i need to make sure i have a dedicated sound card capable of juicing power hungry headphones. Also i plan to do some gaming, but nothing so incredibly serious. I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Do you need
OS/Monitor/Keyboard?

OS yes. The monitor and keyboard arent included, but if you can find a nice round up that includes them that wouldnt hurt.
