i would get a different psu tbh don't skimp on your psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... this is a good one although you might want to get this one so you could upgrade later http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... but ill make you a list of parts in a min
heres a list i made might be a little over budget but you could upgrade with this motherboard to a i5 or i7 later if you wish too so basically your covered on upgrades https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/MySavedWishDetail.as...
