VM and Gaming Workstation

Hi Guys,
I would like to build a workstation with the below spec:
Casing - Fractal Design Node 304
MotherBoard - P8Z77-I DELUXE
CPU - i7 3770
Ram - G.Skill Ripjaws-x 1600Mhz (8Gb x 2pcs) CL9
HDD - 2 x WD Blue 1TB
Graphic - Gigabyte GTX 670 2GB WINFORCE
Power Supply - Cooler Master 850W M2
Any comments on bottleneck, overkill or .....

Everything should fit, though a few suggestions.
- Cheaper board = http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- You're getting a z77 board, might as well get the unlocked(K) version of the i7.
- Might want low profile RAM, but the RipjawsX should be fine.
- Scrap out the PSU completely. CM PSUs are known to have high failure rates and arguably mediocre performance. 850w is also overkill especially for a single GPU unit. Get 500-550w instead.
