Whats the best gtx 670

i was gonna get the msi power edition but now im looking for a new card for obvious reasons. i was looking at the evga ftw but their were alot of reviews for it being doa or not working properly, i was also looking at the galaxy gc edition, and i was also looking a the gigabyte gtx 670 with the three fans, and i was looking at the superclocked edition from evga but only if i can catch it on a sale for 420 bucks or lower. also open to other suggestions for them aswell
