im upgrading my CPU to a quad core that runs at 95w so im looking for higher PSU to run my system on that is Modular as i have a Fractal Design Core 1000 case

i got AMD HD 7750

my current CPU is 65w dual core intel

Give the whole system specs and your budget.
As what I can see so far is you are swapping from Intel to AMD, getting a bigger PSU that you dont need because that GPU sips power.
