Games crashing to blue screen

most times when i try to play any game (MW3, borderlands 2,CS:GO) it will start to load and then freeze my pc and crash to a blue screen.

TF2, black light retribution,fallen earth,arma 2 all run perfectly fine.

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4100 quad core@3.60
Memory: 12000MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
GPU: radeon hd 6850
PSU 500 watt
GPU and CPU temps are never over 50C

BLue screen??? some thing about kernel memory dump???
Its probably a ram issue
test it with memtest86

open the dump file with Notepad

there were no ram issues at all

I get this randomly not when playing games but got bad results when running memtest
