Nope, not at all. Not just the sound card's fault, though. The PCI bus would never be able to handle that much power, and the motherboard wouldn't either. Furthermore, the computer's power supply isn't sufficient to power something like that. He'll need to buy an external amp (or listen to everything at very low volumes
