Can I add a wireless dir-615 to an already existing dir-825 router to get better

I have a dir-825 that I am currently using. After building an addition I can connect...or when I do get a connection it is weak.. can I add a wireless dir-615 that I already have as a way of boosting the signal into this addition? If so can you explain what steps I need to follow?

You should be able to use it as a wireless bridge.
