$230 dollar GPU budget?

I would like to upgrade my GPU from a Radeon 6670, to something stronger in the 200 dollar range. I'd rather stay with AMD, but nVidia is fine too.

Specs:

AMD FX-6100 OC'd to 4.2 GHz
LEPA 500W PSU (Little weak, I know. Get over it.)
MSi 970A-G46
Like I said, Radeon 6670
8 gigs PNY desktop RAM, 1333 MHz I think.
A few case fans, and other useless stuff for this list.
