I have a Intel E8400 clocked at 3.00Ghz Dual Core and a Factory OCed 260GTX Black Edition.

When I play Bf3 I find it hard to substain 30FPS. While I see some other people play this on High and still have higher FPS than me.

Is my Gfx Card the problem or my CPU?

If it's my CPU, how can i OC it to 3.7+

I'm using a EP45 - UD3R Gigabyte board

So what's a good choice?

Do you think pre built PC's at Originpc.com are good? Or CyberPowerGaming

@1024x768. I do fine at 1280x1024 until recently. I think it's because of the dust gathered

Maybe you could get away with just buying a new gfx card and not a whole system as you seem to suggest. An nVidia GTX670 or above equivalent would do the trick I imagine. You could add more RAM if necessary too.
