Need an expert opinion

Hi, I recently posted a thread about my fried GC, and I got some good replies from you guy which I am hugely thankful for.

Now that I am buying a new PSU and GC I was wondering what you guys who have much more experience than me on this subject would think of me getting these new components to my system as well. ( i.e. will they work well together or should I buy something else)

these are the things ill start with and please feel free to add components you think I should go for...nothing 2 expensive though  

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 mATX

CPU - AMD FX-8350 8C 4.0Ghz Black Edition

GC - Gigabyte HD7750

PSU - Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze

RAM - Corsair 8GB (2x4096MB) CL9 1600Mhz VENGEANCE LP
