Hey guys I am builiding my first system for autocad work I am an architectual student and some gaming. I was wondering if HDMI was much better than DVI-d? I know that HDMI will carry audio and video but in terms of video quality is there any difference for me? The monitor I am thinking of ordering is only dvi-d but ultraslim which is nice Dell also has an HDMI model for the same price but 5s response instead of 2s and it's thicker.

Any advice you can give will be appreciated
