Create new account with old files

Hello,
I accidently deleted my administrator account by using cmd.
But my files still stored in C:\User

My question is : can i create and new account with the same files as my old account. If can , how?

Hello.
If you had delete the user profile for example C:\Users\administrator (deleted admin)then you have delete also the files on that profile , pictures , documents etc... So if you have delete user account administrator which i hope is this one then create a new account copy the admin documents to new profile and ready to go. Btw no problem with the games and software all will work if installed in everyone.

I used Recovery and everything was back to normal.
