Graphics card with HDMI out for Asus P5PL2-E

Hello,
I have an old pc system which I use mainly for recording music and watching movies. It is a WinXP system with Asus P5PL2-E motherboard and a Gigabyte Ati Radeon X1600 graphics card.

I want to connect this system to a big smart tv set, like a 42" LCD LED Samsung. I suppose the card I have doesn't have HDMI out so I might need to swap it. Do you think I could find a compatible card with HDMI outs? Or else, can I work this connection some other way, maybe with convertors or else?
