Fan Setup

Hey all
I recently installed Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler, I was just wondering if this a good airflow set up. Looking for opinions and tips so please participate and give me your ideas. Thank you

120mm Rear fan pulling air out
120mm fan on top pulling air out
front 120mm fan pulling air in
and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler has one fan on it atm pulling air in

For case fans. Front and side fans intake air, back and top exhaust air. Sets up a front to back airflow.
The 212 EVO fan should be pushing air through the heatsink towards the back exhaust. Not a big difference its its pulling air through the heatsink though.
