Some questions?

1: How much space are there in your Case/PC
2: Do your computer/motherboard have a PCI-E x16 slot?
3: Why should it be 512MB?
4: How much are you willing to spend?
5: What's your power supply

Thank you.

There really is no point in getting a 512mb card, most current card usually have a minimum of 1gb.

I'm also going to assume that you have a 250w power supply due to the nature of your computer.

Assuming you chose 512mb for a really cheap card, maybe something along the lines of a 6450.

If you plan on doing any sort of gaming, I would recommend a 7750. That would probably give you the best performance your power supply can handle.
Maybe something like this.

+1 on the 7750 that way he will have more leg room on the vram and depending on his resolution he might come on better then he has thought

But pretty much dont limit your self to 512MB of ram if anything get 1GB..Also whats your resolution that way we can guild you on a better path..The higher the res tho the more vram it uses so keep that in mind
