NV:Bus master mode under XP help with registry

I'm trying to turn on bus mastering mode for nvidia drivers under XP and I found some very useful instructions for fixing the problem under Win9x but yet to fix it under XP.
The problem is a scrambled image of the ATI Tv wonder when turning on the TV feature while using a Nvidia graphics board.
There was an option in my nvidia drivers under Win98SE in overlay called "Click here if your having problems with your tv tuner", well that doesnt exist now.

I think that maybe something could be added to this key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectDraw\Compatibility
That would set a compatibility setting for ATI MMC 7.5 or below. I lack this knowledge and all my attempts are embarrasingly and patheticly futile.

I've been blamed on many boards for 'complaining' but I dont this the end users should be running around finding fixes to problems like these. Having to right click on the desktop everytime we start our tv tuners isnt exactly quality..
