Where to buy used GPUs?

Hi,

I'm not from the US, but I have a way to ship from US to my country through some services.
Is there a store that sells used GPUs or othey computer components, like Amazon sometimes have "used" under an item's title?

On Amazon they're usually not really cheaper.
