How to properly overclock an Asus 670 (non top)

hey guys finally bought a video card, choose the Asus 670 direct cu II (non top)

I'm a noob, and really no idea regarding overclocking and this is my first time to do such thing..

now, how can i overclock this? which overclocking utilities should i use? the one that comes with in ASUS GPU Tweak? or any much better that this to make it easy for me?

don't really need a hardcore overclock, just a little bit that would not cause too much heat, unstability or any problem when gaming..

what's the ideal core clock speed for this? fan speed?
