Best All-Around NVIDIA Driver For GTX 680?

Hey guys, just did a clean install of the 306.23 WHQL driver and BF3 performance is terrible. It will spike up over 100 fps occasionally, and then stutter and drop to 30-40, and hover around 60. General performance in all other games also seems to be a bit lower as well. I play Skyrim, Crysis, Dirt, Just Cause, Assassin's Creed, GTAIV, Left 4 Dead, and The Witcher 2 mainly. So, to my question: What would be the best driver to use right now? Is anyone experiencing the same problems as me with the same driver? Can anyone suggest any fixes?

Yeah there are issue with the current driver causing BF3 to crash I suggest going back to 304.79
