Question about possible bottleneck

I currently have two gtx 260s in sli which have performed admirably but I am looking to upgrade to a gtx 660 ti or 670 for the directx 11 features and for the next few years of games. The only issue is I have an Intel Core I5 760 2.8ghz quad core cpu.
Would I not get the full potential our of the 670 bor would my cpu make a bottleneck? Any help would be appreciated.
