Thinking of buying a 660ti but concerned about a possible bottleneck

I was wondering if my i5 2400 @3.10 GHZ and an ASRock Z68 Pro Gen3 PCIE 2.0 mobo bottleneck a 660ti (PCIE 3.0 GPU) I am considering buying?

I'm upgrading my GPU from a 560 non ti in hope that I will be able to run games like borderlands 2 and Battlefield 3 better.

I was wondering if the rest of my system will be a bottleneck.

I am thinking of also upgrading my Mobo and CPU is I have to. But I won't unless it is absolutely necessary.

Your CPU won't bottleneck any card for at least 3 years lol! Also the 7870 is a far better buy, and more future proof.
