S vedio out put grafic card

Hello,
I connect Radeon hd 4550 card i want av signals for cable tv purpose to connect modulator but only black and white vedio only coming please suggest my problem

I have that problem occasionally on some of my older game consoles. I unplug the S-Video cable, blow the video card's S-Video port and the TV's S-Video port and both ends of the cable with some compressed air (moisture-free), and plug them back in. That usually makes color come back on.

I do it on older game consoles, not PCs, but I think that the same concept should apply to a computer in this situation.
